The European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA), sat down together with the 50 of the industry’s top CEOs for a discussion and round table in Valencia, Spain at the European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition, to redefine industry objectives given recent technology progress and rising energy prices. The members of this meeting agreed that PV solar energy could provide 12% of European electricity demand by 2020.
