The Night Shift Can Be The Door That Allows Great Creativity To Flow. But It’s Not For Everyone.
Working the night shift, as I have, has been a wonderful exercise in letting go of Circadian Rhythms and creating my own rhythm. By changing my perspective in this way, the night has become my familiar, a kind of safe haven in the routine of life.
Night shift has the unusual capacity, as far as nursing goes, to create a camaraderie of helpers who pitch in and get the job done efficiently.

Who says making a success out of movies made on small budgets is difficult? The success story of independent films, a break-away from the major film companies in the US, says otherwise.
In the early 1920s in the US, five major american film studios - Paramount Pictures, Twentieth Century Fox, MGM, RKO and Warner Brothers came together to take control of the production, distribution, and exhibition of films that were produced outside of Hollywood, and that was how the concept of independent film or indie film came into being. So Independent film is essentially a film that is produced outside the Hollywood studios but are controlled by the above five biggies.

it pays to be honest about how good of shape you are in right now and if you have any physical limitations. If you’re very overweight then some advanced equipment such as an elliptical machine or stair stepper might be a little ambitious. A better piece of home gym equipment to start with might be a treadmill or recumbent bike. These machines are a bit less challenging and usually easier for those just starting out. Getting overwhelmed with home gym equipment that’s too difficult for you to use or that’s too advanced for your current level of fitness is just going to get you discouraged and keep you from using it altogether.
